1. Promo period is from November 21 to December 4, 2023.
2. Promo is exclusive to PCLC’s Official Facebook Page followers.
3. PCLC’s Official Facebook Page will post a series of Filipino Seaman’s slang word every Monday that the participants will have to use in a sentence in a witty and perky way.
4. To earn an entry and to qualify to the raffle draw:
   • Participants shall like and follow PCLC’s Official Facebook Page: facebook.com/OfficialPCLC
   • Participants shall describe the Filipino Seaman’s slang word of the week in the comment section of the actual post
   • Participants shall upload a screenshot of the comment and complete the registration to earn an entry and join the raffle draw by filling out the form at www.platinumcreditplus.com/raffle-entries/what-the-word-entries with the following details:
     • Complete Name
     • Facebook Profile Name
     • Screenshot of your answer in the comment section of the post
     • Email Address
     • Mobile Number
     • Complete Address
5. The deadline of submission of entries is on Monday, December 4, 2023 at 11:59 PM
6. All entries are subject to validation and verification based on the list of qualifications listed above.
7. Only one (1) raffle entry per person and Facebook account will be qualified for the raffle draw.
8. The raffle Draw will be held on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 in the presence of a DTI Representative.
   • Online platform to be used for the online raffle draw: Random Name Generator 
   • Schedule of Raffle Draw: Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 3:30 PM
   • Announcement of Winners: Friday, December 8, 2023 at 10:00 AM
9. Prizes are:
   • Two (2) lucky winners of PHP 2,000
   • One (1) lucky winner of Lumos Ray Projector worth PHP 25,999**

10. The Lumos Ray Projector worth PHP 25,999 is not convertible to cash but transferable. The winner needs to provide Authorization Letter to the authorized representative.
11. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email through the registered email address, and SMS through the registered mobile number, and their names will be posted on PCLC’s Official Facebook Page.
12. A participant can only win once. Once the winner has been drawn, their name will be removed from the list of entries.

    • Full Name
    • Mobile Number
    • Email Address
    • Complete Address
    • Facebook Profile (Name and Link)
    • Screenshot of the message from PCLC’s Official Facebook Page about winning the raffle draw.

      • For Check Pick-up
      • For Check Deposit (if for check deposit, winners will be required to provide their bank details)
      • Via GCash (if via GCash, winners will be required to provide their mobile number with active GCash account under the winner’s name)
    • INVALID WINNING SUBMISSIONS: If the submission cannot be validated and verified as one of the winning Facebook profiles, the said entry will NOT be entitled to any form of prize.
    • VALIDATED WINNING SUBMISSION: After validation and once the details submitted match a winning Facebook profile, the winner can now proceed to claiming their prize.
14. Claiming the Prize:
    • For Cash Prize:
      1. Via GCash (if via GCash, winners will be required to provide their mobile number with active GCash account under the winner’s name)
      2. Via Check pick-up
      3. Via Check deposit (if for check deposit, winners will be required to provide their bank details)
    • For Lumos Ray Projector Prize:
      1. The winner needs to visit our Bocobo branch to pick up the item.
15. To claim the prize, winners need to provide at least one (1) valid ID
16. If claiming through an Authorized representative, please present the following:
    • Authorization Letter
    • One (1) valid ID of the winner
    • One (1) valid ID of the authorized representative
17. Prizes should be claimed within three (3) months from the receipt of the notification or it will be deemed forfeited in favor of the company with prior approval of DTI.
18. Client can only avail one (1) sales & marketing program benefit or prize from PCLC.
19. Platinum Creditplus Lending Corporation and Cordova Holdings employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
