Commission Request Cut-off
Effectivity Date: Monday, May 26, 2025
- All requests must be sent via Viber to 09956430836.
- Include the following details:
- Borrower Name
- Loan Amount
- Only agents eligible to claim commission at the time of the request may submit.
- If the borrower hasn’t claimed the loan yet, the request is invalid and must be resubmitted later.
- Checks must be named to the correct recipient—no proxies or substitutes allowed.
- Business Days = Monday to Friday (non-holidays).
- If submitted by 11:00 AM, it may be disbursed the same day.
- If not, the agent will be notified by 11:00 AM of that day.
- If submitted after 11:00 AM, it will be processed next business day.
- If not, expect an update by 11:00 AM the following day.
- Disbursement method follows the same schedule above.
- Online transfers allowed only for amounts Php10,000.00 and below.
- Only first five (5) requests of Php 10,000 each will be accommodated daily.
- Commissions above Php10,000.00 will be issued as checks.
- For commissions over Php100,000.00:
- PCLC can deposit to your universal bank account (no savings/rural banks).
- For amounts under Php100,000.00:
- Claim your check at the Mabini branch, or
- Request deposit to your universal bank account (only if you can’t pick up)
- Check will be deposited by PCLC within seven (7) days
IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- PCLC won’t encash checks.
- PCLC won’t accept authorization letters to encash or pick up on your behalf.
