  4. All referrals/applicants are subject to loan approval – loan approval is based on PCLC’s existing list of qualifications for Seaman’s Loan.
  5. Only referrals/applicants with following status are eligible to receive the incentive/benefits.

    • Approved and completed (approved loan amount released)
  6. This promotional activity is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions and/or campaigns for new accounts/clients.
  7. Approved referrals who receive the incentive/benefit shall not be eligible to participate in other new clients/accounts campaigns by PCLC or its third-party affiliates.
  8. Platinum Creditplus Lending Corp. (PCLC), and Platinum Petroleum Corporation (PPC) employees are not allowed to join the program.
