Navigating Financial Waters Together: Essential Money Skills for Seafaring Families

Last June 25, 2025, in celebration of Seafarers’ Day, Platinum Creditplus Lending Corp. had the privilege of joining the event organized by MARINA PH at Rizal Park Hotel. As part of our commitment to support Filipino seafarers and their families, we hosted a Financial Literacy Talk led by Mr. Gabe Mercado.

The session aimed to provide practical guidance on managing personal finances — from budgeting and saving to building long-term financial security. Mr. Mercado shared relatable insights and real-life tips to help seafarers and their loved ones make informed financial decisions, both while at sea and at home.
